INITIAL HOME VISIT
We will come to see you at home following your discharge from hospital - full mother and baby assessment.
ENHANCED FEEDING SUPPORT
Feeding support during every consultation - to include full tongue-tie assessment and division if required.
THE FIRST WEEK
We provide frequent check-in's on you and baby in the first week, to support you and your baby get off to the best possible start.
HOLISTIC CARE
Our care includes intensive breastfeeding support, physical and emotional wellbeing checks, including weighing your baby, the newborn blood spot test and ensuring you recover well from your birth.
NEWBORN EXAMINATION (NIPE)
Carried out within the first 72 hours after birth.
WEEKS 2 - 4
Ongoing feeding support and mother and baby checks.

Thorough Postnatal Care: Your Wellbeing and Your Baby's Health - NIPE and Blood spot screening

As part of our holistic approach to postnatal care, we are fully trained to conduct all necessary examinations, including the newborn examination (NIPE) and routine blood spot screening. These crucial screening assessments ensure your baby's health and development are closely monitored, and, should any concerns arise, you can rest assured they will be dealt with immediately.
